Cancellation

Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any fees.

 

Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost, while cancellations made within 24 hours will incur fee of 100% of the service cost.

Please note that all gait analysis packages and bundles are non-refundable.
